Intervening Time. On tripper runs where the intervening time between tak- ing out parts of the run amounts to one (1) hour or less, such intervening time shall be paid for as part of the run.

Intervening Time. The interval of time between a scheduled assignment (regular run or tripper) and extra work, if any, shall be known as intervening time.
Intervening Time. Intervening time, up to a maximum of thirty (30) minutes, shall be paid for the following: Time between a.m. assignments or time between p.m. assignments not assigned together provided, however, that a “regularly scheduled run,” a “swing run” and a “report” shall not be considered as an “assignment” for the purposes of the interpretation or application of this Section.
