Interruptions of Service. Residence Life nor EOU are responsible for the continuation of food, mail, custodial, heating, maintenance, or security services at normal levels in the event of a natural disaster, strike, or lockout of public employees or suppliers’ employees, power-water-sewer interruptions from on- or off-campus sources, or in the event of any other causal event beyond the control or reasonable anticipation of the Residence Life Office or EOU.

Interruptions of Service. TLO shall use reasonable commercial efforts to minimize the interruption of service at each Terminal and any portion thereof. TLO shall promptly inform Tesoro operational personnel of any anticipated partial or complete interruption of service at any Terminal, including relevant information about the nature, extent, cause and expected duration of the interruption and the actions TLO is taking to resume full operations, provided that TLO shall not have any liability for any failure to notify, or delay in notifying, Tesoro of any such matters except to the extent Tesoro has been materially prejudiced or damaged by such failure or delay.

TLO shall promptly inform TRMC of any anticipated partial or complete interruption of service which is projected to extend more than twenty-four (24) hours on any part of the Short Haul Pipelines affecting TLO’s ability to receive or deliver crude petroleum or refined petroleum products on any Segment of the Short Haul Pipelines, including relevant information about the nature, extent, cause and expected duration of the interruption and the actions TLO is taking to resume full operations, provided that TLO shall not have any liability for any failure to notify, or delay in notifying, TRMC of any such matters except to the extent TRMC has been materially prejudiced or damaged by such failure or delay.
Interruptions of Service. If the License becomes impossible to perform by either party due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities, this License may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other provided that the reason for said termination is in effect in Toronto or the immediate surrounding area and is in effect within 30 days prior to the resident’s arrival date.
Interruptions of Service. The Commission will make reasonable efforts to avoid interruptions of service, but does not guarantee to the customer any fixed pressure or continuous service. When service interruptions occur, service will be reestablished within the shortest time practicable, consistent with safety. The Commission reserves the right to stop and restrict the supply of water whenever it may be found necessary, and the Commission shall not be liable under any circumstances for a deficiency or failure in the supply of water, whether occasioned by shutting off water to make repairs or connections, or for any cause whatsoever. In connection with the operation, maintenance, repair and/or extension of the Commission’s water system, the water supply may be shut off without notice, when necessary or desirable; and each customer assumes the risk of such emergencies. The Commission shall not be held liable for any damages from such interruption of service or for damage from the resumption of service without notice after any such interruption. Planned interruption, where practical, will be made at times that will not cause unreasonable inconvenience to customers and reasonable efforts will be made to give prior notice to those customers who will be affected. Failure to notify a customer of such interruption, however, shall not be grounds for damages.
Interruptions of Service. Delek-Big Xxxxx shall use reasonable commercial efforts to minimize the interruption of service at the Terminal and any portion thereof and shall use its best efforts to minimize the impact of any such interruption on Delek Refining. Delek-Big Xxxxx shall inform Delek Refining at least 60 days in advance (or promptly, in the case of an unplanned interruption) of any anticipated partial or complete interruption of service at the Terminal, including relevant information about the nature, extent, cause and expected duration of the interruption and the actions Delek-Big Xxxxx is taking to resume full operations, provided that Delek-Big Xxxxx shall not have any liability for any failure to notify, or delay in notifying, Delek Refining of any such matters except to the extent Delek Refining has been materially damaged by such failure or delay.

WRT shall promptly inform WNR operational personnel of any anticipated partial or complete interruption of service at any Terminal, including relevant information about the nature, extent, cause and expected duration of the interruption and the actions WRT is taking to resume full operations, provided that WRT shall not have any liability for any failure to notify, or delay in notifying, WNR of any such matters except to the extent WNR has been materially prejudiced or damaged by such failure or delay.

THPP shall promptly inform TRMC of any anticipated partial or complete interruption of service on any Segment of the Pipeline System affecting THPP’s ability to receive crude petroleum at any origin on the Pipeline System or gathering pipeline connected to the Pipeline System or to deliver crude petroleum to the Mandan Refinery (or any other North Dakota destination added pursuant to this Agreement) which is projected to extend more than twenty-four (24) hours, including relevant information about the nature, extent, cause and expected duration of the interruption and the actions THPP is taking to resume full operations, provided that THPP shall not have any liability for any failure to notify, or delay in notifying, TRMC of any such matters except to the extent TRMC has been materially prejudiced or damaged by such failure or delay.

TLO shall promptly inform TRMC of any anticipated partial or complete interruption of service which is projected to extend more than twenty-four (24) hours on any part of the LAR Short Haul Pipelines affecting TLO’s ability to receive or deliver Products on any Segment of the LAR Short Haul Pipelines, including relevant information about the nature, extent, cause and expected duration of the interruption and the actions TLO is taking to resume full operations, provided that TLO shall not have any liability for any failure to notify, or delay in notifying, TRMC of any such matters except to the extent TRMC has been materially prejudiced or damaged by such failure or delay. TLO shall have the right to immediately shut down operation of any Segment or reduce pressures at any time that it determines, in its sole discretion, that such action may be required to protect public health, safety or the environment or to comply with Applicable Law. In such case, TRMC shall comply with TLO’s requests to effectuate such a shutdown or reduction, and the Parties shall cooperate to allow the Segment to resume operations in accordance with prudent industry practices and the other provisions of this Agreement.
