Interpreter's Obligations. 3.1 During the Term the Interpreter shall provide the Services to Capita or Capita's client (hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as the "Client") and shall devote such of its time, attention and abilities as may be necessary for the proper performance of its duties under this Agreement and at such locations (referred to herein as "Locations") as are set out in the Job Confirmation. The Interpreter shall at all times make all reasonable endeavours to be contactable via mobile device on any day when the Interpreter is engaged to provide Services to Capita, other than at such times that Services are being performed by the Interpreter.
