\u201cthis Agreement\u201d includes the Exhibits and Schedules (including the Company Disclosure Letter and the Parent Disclosure Letter) to this Agreement.\n(b) Whenever the words \u201cinclude\u201d, \u201cincludes\u201d, or \u201cincluding\u201d are used in this Agreement, they will be deemed to be followed by the words \u201cwithout limitation\u201d. The word \u201cor\u201d shall not be exclusive. Any singular term in this Agreement will be deemed to include the plural, and any plural term the singular. All pronouns and variations of pronouns will be deemed to refer to the feminine, masculine, or neuter, singular or plural, as the identity of the Person referred to may require. Where a word or phrase is defined herein, each of its other grammatical forms shall have a corresponding meaning.\n(c) Whenever the last day for the exercise of any right or the discharge of any duty under this Agreement falls on a day other than a business day, the party having such right or duty shall have until the next business day to exercise such right or discharge such duty. Unless otherwise indicated, the word \u201cday\u201d shall be interpreted as a calendar day.
