Interpretation 釋 義. 1.1 In this Agreement 於本協議中: 'Affiliate" means any entity that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries' controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Manager and any person who, from time to time, is an officer, director or employee of the Manager “聯屬公司”指直接或間接透過一位或多位中間人的管有,而被置於管理人或管理人不同時期的高級職員、董事或屆員的共同管有之下的任何實體;
