Interpretation committee. The parties to this CA have established a permanent committee whose task is to interpret this CA against the backdrop of the negotiations conducted and the parties' intentions that have become apparent during these negotiations. The committee is made up of four persons and is composed of two representatives of the negotiating party on the part of the employer and two representatives of the negotiating party on the part of the employees. Interpretation committee. 40-1 In the event that there is a dispute as to the interpretation of any Article/Section of this Agreement, an Interpretation Committee will be formed. The purpose of the committee is to reach a conclusion as to the intent and interpretation of the Article/Section in question. The committee will be composed of six (6) members, selected by the District and the Association, consisting of three (3) representatives of the District to include the Director of Employee-Management Relations or designee, the Chief of Police or designee and one (1) additional District designee; three (3) representatives of the Association to include an Executive Board Member and two (2) Association members. By agreement of the parties, this committee may be facilitated by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.
Interpretation committee. 16.1 The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be amended, added to or otherwise changed from time to time as mutually agreed upon in writing between the Company and the Union.
Interpretation committee. The Parties to this collective employment agreement have formed a permanent committee, which has been charged with interpreting this collective employment agreement against the backdrop of the negotiations conducted and the intentions of the Parties as they became apparent during those negotiations. The committee is made up of four persons, and is composed of two representatives from the negotiating party on the part of the employers and two representatives from the negotiating party on the part of the employees. Each of the Parties to this collective employment agreement has the right to appeal to that committee.
Interpretation committee. The Company and the Union agree to the establishment of a committee which shall meet as required during the term of this Agreement, to deal with any matter regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement that may be raised by any of the parties signatory hereto.
Interpretation committee. An Interpretation Committee shall exist consisting of the two (2) Employer Representatives and the two (2) Union Representatives of the current year's Negotiating Committee. All matters in the Agreement requiring simple clarification shall be referred to this Committee for decision. In the case of dispute, the normal grievance procedure shall be used.
Interpretation committee. The CLA parties act as an interpretation committee for the provisions of CLA. The composition, working method and powers of this committee are laid down in regulations (Appendix E).
Interpretation committee. For the provisions of this Collective Labour Agreement the parties to this agreement act as interpretation committee. Composition, working procedure and powers of this committee have been laid down in regulations (Annex E).
Interpretation committee. 1. If the collective labour agreement parties believe that a dispute has arisen in connection with the interpretation or application of the collective labour agreement for the sports sector, or compliance with it, one of the collective labour agreement parties can submit this dispute to the Interpretation Committee.
