Internet Use Agreement. A. The proper use of the Internet, and the educational value to be gained from proper Internet use, is the joint responsibility of students, parents and employees of the school district.

Internet Use Agreement. All library patrons are expected to use the Internet in a responsible and courteous manner, consistent with the purposes for which it is provided, and to follow all rules, regulations and procedures established for its use. This service may be used to access any resource, engage in any communication, or conduct any activity available on the Internet provided such activity can be done with standard web browsers, with the following exceptions: ● By clicking continue on our computer screens you are agreeing to abide by the policies approved by the Board of Trustees of the Xxxxx Public Library. ● Users may not send, receive, or display text or graphics that may reasonably be construed as inappropriate to the patrons and/ or staff of the Xxxxx Public Library. ● Users may not use this resource for any illegal purpose. ● Users may not in any way alter, reconfigure, or damage the public access stations of the Xxxxx Public Library. ● Users may not modify or gain access to files, passwords, or data belonging to others by seeking unauthorized access to any computer system or damaging or altering software components of any network, host server or database. In order to prevent viruses and protect the integrity of the workstations, users must also agree to the following: ● Do not install software of any kind. ● Do not download any plug-ins. ● Do not save files to the hard drive. Files are erased each time the computer is rebooted.
Internet Use Agreement. You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to enroll your child/children in the Great Valley Writing Camps. In order to participate in this program, students are required to use computers and access the internet as part of daily class instruction. As a user of Fairfax County Government's Information Systems Resources, I understand that the protection of county information resources is important and that I am provided with the tools necessary to access county information resources. Furthermore, I understand that access to Internet resources using county systems is granted to me for the conduct of county related business purposes. If I have Internet Use through CHRISTUS Health, I understand the failure of CHRISTUS Health to prevent unauthorized use of the Internet does not relieve an individual of the responsibility for obtaining authorization prior to his or her use of the Internet. These terms apply to all CHRISTUS Health’s Health Care Partners and their personnel and agents who are granted Internet access by CHRISTUS Health Information Management. If I have been granted such access to the CHRISTUS Internet System, I understand that: CHRISTUS Health may monitor, filter or block Internet activity occurring on CHRISTUS Health equipment or CHRISTUS Health Information System to ensure compliance with applicable laws, management directives, or guidelines. If CHRISTUS Health discovers or suspects activities that are not in compliance, records may be retrieved and used to document wrongful use. Violations may result in a revocation of Internet access privileges and/or legal action by CHRISTUS Health. CHRISTUS Health assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the user’s connection to or use of the Internet. CHRISTUS Health is not responsible for the accuracy of information found on the Internet and only facilitates the access and dissemination of information through its systems. CHRISTUS Health assumes no liability for copyright infringement resulting from the user’s receipt or dissemination of works through the Internet. I must make every effort to protect the privacy and confidentiality of any information posted to the Internet within business to business transactions. Internet data transmissions of individually identifiable health information must be performed with appropriate safeguards and technical controls to secure the transmission. Subscribers to electronic mailing lists are responsible for determining the purpose of the list before subscribing. Persons subscribing to an electronic mailing list will be viewed as having solicited materials delivered by the list.
