Internet Hosting. Notwithstanding the terms of the agreement, subject to and as further specified in section F.3, you shall have the right to use the Deployment Programs licensed under this ordering document for the purpose of providing internet hosting services to end users. You may allow such end users to access the Deployment Programs hosted at a site which is separate and apart from your end user, for the end user's business operations and/or to provide services to third parties using the Deployment Programs, provided that all such use shall be subject to the terms of this ordering document and the agreement. The Deployment Programs may not be installed at the end user’s site. You shall not resell or assign your program license to the end user and you shall not provide the end user with access to any Oracle E-Business Suite programs. You agree to be financially responsible to Oracle for all damages or losses resulting from the end user's breach of these terms. The personnel accessing and computers running the Deployment Programs shall be included in determining the quantity of program licenses deployed by you.

You may allow such end users to access the limited use proprietary programs hosted at a site which is separate and apart from your end user, for the end user’s business operations and /or to provide services to third parties using the limited use proprietary programs, provided that all such use shall be subject to the terms of this ordering document and the agreement. The limited use proprietary programs may not be installed at the end user’s site. You shall not resell or assign your program license to the end user and you shall not provide the end user with access to any Oracle E-Business Suite programs. You agree to be financially responsible to Oracle for all damages or losses resulting from the end user’s breach of these terms. Internet Hosting. Notwithstanding the terms of the agreement, you shall have the right to license the EnCase Enterprise Examiner and Encase Concurrent Connection application package(s) (“EnCase applications packages”), as defined in the application package registration form(s) specified in section 7 above to end users so that such end users may use the Encase application packages to provide internet hosting services to their customers (“Hosted Application Package”). You may allow your end users to provide access to the Hosted Application Packages for their customers’ business operations and/or to provide services to third parties using the Hosted Application Packages, provided that all such use shall be subject to the terms of your end user license agreement with your end users that meets the requirements of the section G of the agreement, License Agreement. You shall prohibit your end users from reselling or assigning their licenses of the Hosted Application Packages to their customers and from providing access to their customers to any Oracle programs. You agree to require your end users to be financially responsible to Oracle for all damages or losses resulting from the end users’ and their customers’ breach of these terms. Your end users’ customers, including human and non-human users, accessing the Hosted Application packages and your end users’ computers running the Hosted Application Packages shall be included in determining the quantity of program licenses deployed by your end users. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement, you and your affiliated entities may not be considered end users under this paragraph (i.e., you and your affiliated entities cannot use the application packages embedded with the programs to provide internet hosting services).

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Internet We will provide internet service to you for your noncommercial use. You acknowledge that the internet service is a shared service. We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
