Common use of Internet Gambling Clause in Contracts

Internet Gambling. The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act prohibits any person engaged in the business of betting or wagering from knowingly accepting payments in connection with the participation of another person in unlawful internet gambling. You may not conduct any transactions through your account or banking relationship with us if they involved participation in unlawful Internet gambling. If you engage in an internet gambling business and open an account with us, you must provide evidence of your legal capacity to maintain your account.
