Common use of International Transfers Clause in Contracts

International Transfers. i. The Account Holder can make Payment Orders for outward money transfers (SWIFT payments) from their Payment Account to any Beneficiary Account, except for Beneficiary Accounts in countries of low or non-reputable jurisdictions or of persons or entities, which are not allowed by Finductive due to international sanctions or other reputational issue. Finductive will carry out Payment Orders for international transfers in compliance with SWIFT rules on international transfers.
