International Trade Commission. The Department has notified the International Trade Commission (ITC) of its intent to terminate the 2002 Suspension Agreement and resume the LTFV investigation. If the Department makes a final affirmative determination, the ITC is scheduled to make its final determination concerning injury within 45 days after publication of the Department’s final determination. If both the Department’s and the ITC’s final determinations are affirmative, the Department will issue an antidumping duty order.

  • Free Trade Commission 1. The Parties hereby establish the Free Trade Commission, comprised of ministerial level officials of the Parties or their appointees with the same decision ability, as set out in Annex 11 (Free Trade Commission). 2. The Commission shall: (a) oversee the fulfillment and correct application of the provisions of this Agreement; (b) evaluate the achieved results in the application of this Agreement; (c) oversee the further elaboration of this Agreement; (d) seek to resolve disputes that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement, in accordance with Chapter 15 (Dispute Settlement); (e) supervise the work of all Committees and Working Groups established under this Agreement and recommend appropriate actions; (f) consider and make decisions on issues referred to it by the Committees and Working Groups established under this Agreement or by either Party; (g) establish the amount of remuneration and expenses that will be paid to Panelists; and

  • Global Trade compliance Products and services provided under these terms are for Customer’s internal use and not for further commercialization. If Customer exports, imports or otherwise transfers products and/or deliverables provided under these terms, Customer will be responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations and for obtaining any required export or import authorizations. HP may suspend its performance under this Agreement to the extent required by laws applicable to either party.

  • INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC 1. Profits from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in the Contracting State in which the place of effective management of the enterprise is situated.

  • International Travel All international flights with the exception of flights between the U.S. and Canada should be reserved through TMC using the “lowest practical coach fare” with the exception of flights that are six (6) or more consecutive hours in length. In such event, the next available seating class above coach shall be reimbursed. When required to travel internationally for business, employees shall be reimbursed for photo fees, application fees, and execution fees when obtaining a new passport book, but fees related to passport renewals are not reimbursable. Visa application and legal fees, entry taxes and departure taxes are reimbursable. The cost of vaccinations that are either required for travel to specific countries or suggested by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services for travel to specific countries, is reimbursable.   • Trade Compliance Each Party shall comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations, in the performance of this Purchase Order, including the use and transfer of any Products or Services subject to this Purchase Order.
