International Service. 32.1 Service between the United States and an international location or Service between two international locations (“International Service”) will be governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions established on this website, as supplemented or varied by terms and conditions established in contractual documents external to this website.
International Service. International Service. Billing for international services is at the daily rate specified. Partial days worked or traveled are invoiced as whole days. Hours worked in excess of ten (10) consecutive hours are billed at the international O/T rate.
International Service. The PSTN operator must inform all ISDs immediately of major failures whichcould degrade international telephone service to any particular destinations bymore than 50%, e. g. failure of satellite or undersea cables, internationalexchange, etc. ISDs must be informed of restoration of service and details ofthe failure.3.1.2.2

(A) VPNA Service at locations outside the United States is subject to availability based on United States Department of Commerce and other regulations, Level 3's export licensing, and field service availability. Customers receiving the VPNA Service at locations outside the United States must obtain any and all encryption technology importation and use licenses appropriate for the applicable country.

Except with respect to Switched Service specifically designated as interstate Service or intrastate Service, the rates provided to Diego Tel in a Service Schedule are applicable only to Switched Service if such Service is used for carrying international telecommunications (i.e., Service subject to the jurisdiction of COFETEL and the Federal Communications Commission). VIVA shall not be obligated to provide Switched Service with end points within a single state or Switched Service which originates/terminates at points both of which are situated within a single state. Where VIVA is authorized to provide international service (i.e., telecommunications transmission services subject to the jurisdiction of the international regulatory authorities), VIVA will, at its option, provide international Service pursuant to applicable state laws, regulations and applicable tariff, if any, filed by VIVA with state regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
International Service. Service provided to Customers in the United States will be governed by, and subject to, existing and future applicable terms and conditions established on VTX website. Service between the United States and an international location, or Service between two international locations (“International Services”) shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions, if any, for the countries, provinces or municipalities listed under the heading “International Services” set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx.xxxx, (“International Service Terms”), which are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. With respect to the furnishing and receipt of International Services, the applicable International Service Terms will supplement and supersede any contrary or inconsistent terms in these General Terms and Conditions, or elsewhere.
International Service. 3.16. The Supplier shall be aware that there may be a requirement to collect and transport seized and confiscated goods from Europe and return to the UK. This will be defined by the Contracting Authority at Further Competition.
International Service. We do not presently offer or support VoIP Advantage Service in any countries other than the United States. VoIP Advantage Service is designed to work generally with unencumbered high-speed internet connections. However, if the high-speed internet connection you are using is outside the United States and/or your ISP places restrictions on the usage of Voice Over IP services, RCI does not represent or warrant that use of VoIP Advantage Service by you is permitted by any other jurisdictions or by any or all ISPs. You will be solely responsible for any violations of local laws and regulations or violations of ISP terms of service resulting from such use. We reserve the right to disconnect your VoIP Advantage Service immediately if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you have used VoIP Advantage Service or equipment furnished by us in violation of laws of jurisdictions outside the U.S.
