Common use of International Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

International Competitive Bidding. All goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more per contract shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section II of the “Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits” published by the Bank in January 1995 and revised in January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999 (the Guidelines), and paragraph 5 of Appendix 1 thereto.

International Competitive Bidding. All goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more per contract and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $2,000,000 or more per contract, shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section II of the “Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits” ”, published by the Bank in January 1995 and May 2004, revised in January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999 October 2006 (the Guidelines), and paragraph 5 of Appendix 1 thereto.

The following provisions shall apply to goods to be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Part B.
