International Committee. The International Committee will focus on the future deployment and tracking of actual performance for the Parties' international requirements. This will include defining service criteria, timelines, and expected results. This Committee will also review the performance of the international operations against expected results and seek to optimize performance.

International Committee. FCB and Communication shall create a committee (the "International Committee") which shall consist of five (5) to seven (7) members. Initial composition of the International Committee shall include the chief executive officers of FCB and Communication, respectively, and not less than one representative from Europe, North America and the Latin America - Asia/pacific regions. After consultation with Communication, FCB will appoint the chairman of the Committee (initially Maurxxx Xxxx), xnd in addition to its respective chief executive officer, FCB shall have the power to appoint and remove the representative 10 from North America and Latin America-Asia/Pacific. In addition to its respective chief executive officer, Communication shall have the power to appoint and remove the representative from Europe, provided so long as Craix Xxxxxxx xx Chief Executive Officer of PBV prior to July 1, 1990, he shall be the representative from Europe. The function of the International Committee will be to coordinate all Parties in the development of multi-national client relationships, including determination of general policies as appropriate for servicing multi-national client accounts, establishing priorities for multi-national clients and prospects and resolving client conflict "right of way" matters. All matters involving multi-national clients which transcend regional spheres of influence shall be submitted to the International Committee for resolution in accordance with procedures and policies to be established by the Committee. If, however, the chief executive officer of FCB or Communication does not agree with the Committee decision on any client matter judged by either of them to be of fundamental importance or of great sensitivity, the Committee decision shall not be implemented and the chief executive officers shall attempt to negotiate a resolution with respect to any such matter. If the chief executive officers shall fail to reach a resolution, the status quo shall prevail and no change in client assignments shall be undertaken.

  • Technical Committee 1. The Technical Committee shall comprise:

  • Audit Committee (A) The Audit Committee shall be composed of five members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members, none of whom shall be an officer of the Company, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board.

  • Conference Committee The Conference Committee shall meet at least quarterly. It shall consist of the three elected representatives of the nurses plus one clinical unit representative appointed by the nurse bargaining unit, and an Association staff member, and five representatives of the Employer to include the Chief Nursing Executive and/or designee and one member of the Employer’s contract negotiating team. The purpose of the Conference Committee is to act in an advisory capacity to xxxxxx problem solving through communications between the Employer and nurses in the bargaining unit and deal with matters of nursing practice and general concern to the parties. Major organizational or policy changes in the nursing department that have a direct bearing on nursing practice or working conditions shall be an appropriate subject for discussion by the Conference Committee. Attendance at Conference Committee will be considered work time and will be paid at the regular rate of pay. A general group “grievance” as defined in this Agreement coming before the Conference Committee which is not resolved by the parties may be submitted in accordance with Article 18 at Step Two of the Grievance Procedure.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Establishment of Committee The Province may, at its sole discretion, require the establishment of a committee to oversee the Agreement (the “Committee”).

  • Oversight Committee The Oversight Committee will resolve all issues arising out of the implementation of the wage structure and any unresolved issues arising out of the implementation committee review of the collective agreement and any other agreements between the parties. This committee will be comprised of two (2) senior level representatives from the Company and two (2) senior level representatives from the PWU. Should the Oversight Committee reach an impasse on an issue the matter may be remitted to mediation/arbitration using the same mediator/arbitrator as agreed to in Article 8.4.4.

  • Special Committee The term “Special Committee” shall have the meaning as provided in Section 13(a).

  • Board Committees The Director hereby agrees to sit in the relevant committees of the Board and to perform all of the duties, services and responsibilities necessary thereunder.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Joint Consultation Committee 5.0.1 A Joint Consultation Committee will be established to consult about issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
