INTERNATIONAL Applicants. Applicants with international undergraduate degrees should review the information outlined on the Tennessee State University website and consult the appropriate sections of the Graduate Catalog.
INTERNATIONAL Applicants. The Hamilton Fringe Festival considers “International Applicants” to mean companies whose Primary Contact resides outside of Canada. Applicants must include an international mailing address and be able to confirm residency outside Canada. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your eligibility in this category. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your company arriving in Canada adhere strictly to all COVID-19-related (or any other) public health requirements in place at the time of your arrival, including (but not limited to) vaccination requirements and mandatory quarantine periods. Xxxxxxxx Fringe Festival may require proof that all such requirements have been followed by your company and/or members of your company. If your company and/or members of your company are found to be in contravention of any such requirements, the festival reserves the right to immediately cancel all affected performances. Furthermore, offending companies shall forfeit all past fees and any outstanding box office proceeds.

  • International Users The Service is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from our offices within the USA. If the Assignor is required, pursuant to any applicable present or future law, rule or regulation of any competent governmental or other administrative body, to make any deduction or withholding from any amount payable to Xxxxxxx Science pursuant to this Agreement, the Assignor shall pay to Xxxxxxx Science an additional amount as will, after the deduction or withholding has been made, leave Xxxxxxx Science with the same amount as it would have been entitled to receive in the absence of any such requirement to make a deduction or withholding; promptly pay to the relevant authority the amount of such deduction or withholding; and provide evidence of the same to Xxxxxxx Science on request.

  • International Travel All international flights with the exception of flights between the U.S. and Canada should be reserved through TMC using the “lowest practical coach fare” with the exception of flights that are six (6) or more consecutive hours in length. In such event, the next available seating class above coach shall be reimbursed. When required to travel internationally for business, employees shall be reimbursed for photo fees, application fees, and execution fees when obtaining a new passport book, but fees related to passport renewals are not reimbursable. Visa application and legal fees, entry taxes and departure taxes are reimbursable. The cost of vaccinations that are either required for travel to specific countries or suggested by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services for travel to specific countries, is reimbursable.   • INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC 1. Profits from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in the Contracting State in which the place of effective management of the enterprise is situated.

  • Applicants If the NRMP's investigation of an alleged Match violation by an applicant results in a finding that an applicant has committed a violation of this Agreement, the processing of the applicant's rank order list may be interrupted. The NRMP at its discretion may withdraw the applicant from the SMS Match. If a matched applicant is the subject of a violation investigation, the program to which the applicant matched may not fill the position with another applicant until the NRMP has issued the Final Report or granted a waiver, whichever is earlier. If the violation investigation has not concluded by the start date of training, the program shall begin training the matched applicant unless NRMP has granted a waiver or issued a deferral. The NRMP’s Final Report on the confirmed violation will be delivered to the applicant with copies to:
