Common use of Internal Use License Clause in Contracts

Internal Use License. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Agreement, MSSP may order the SaaS Solution for its own internal security end use in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Addendum and, in this scenario, the Data Protection Addendum available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/dpa/dpa-us (“Customer DPA”) shall apply in lieu of the DP Schedule.
