Internal Shop Management System. The Contractor shall offer software, or an internet-based system, that an Authorized User may use to track Vehicle maintenance and repairs performed at an Authorized User- owned Automotive Repair Shop. The internal shop management system should include data capture, reporting and scheduling capabilities. The Contractor may charge a monthly fee, and/or other fees that are invoiced in the Contractor’s usual course of business, for use of the internal shop management system.
