Common use of Intermediaries Clause in Contracts

Intermediaries. All negotiations relating to this Agreement have been carried out without the involvement of any person acting on behalf of any of the Seller or any of the Group Companies in such manner as to give rise to any valid claim against any of the Group Companies for any broker's or finder's fee or similar compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated herein.
