Interior Subdivision Roads and Driveways. Other than the roads described in Section 5.2 and 5.4, the Interior Road Improvements will meet the design standards and specifications set forth in the Roadway Report. Required Interior Roads and connections will be determined and finalized at the time of final subdivision platting for the portion of the FDP Properties containing such roadways. All Interior Road Improvements required as a condition of further development of any portion of the FDP Properties shall be the responsibility of the party seeking additional Town development or building approvals.
