Interior spaces Clause Samples

The "Interior Spaces" clause defines the standards, requirements, or specifications that apply to the inside areas of a building or property. It typically outlines aspects such as finishes, materials, dimensions, and the intended use of rooms or zones within the interior. For example, it may specify the type of flooring, wall treatments, lighting, or accessibility features required in living rooms, offices, or common areas. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all interior spaces meet agreed-upon quality, safety, and usability standards, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying expectations between parties involved in the project.
