Interior Condition. Except as provided for in this Conservation Plan, changes to the interior of the Dairy Building that affect the exterior appearance are not permitted without prior issuance of a Heritage Alteration Permit. Minor electrical and plumbing upgrades are permitted to allow the re-use of the building as a gardener’s shed and secure on-site location for interpretive panels.
