Interim Solutions. The Parties at the local level will cooperate in the spirit of this Agreement to facilitate interim job security solutions by means of relief assignments pending more permanent solutions.   • Interim Operations The Company covenants and agrees as to itself and its Subsidiaries that, after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Time (unless Parent shall otherwise approve in writing and except as otherwise expressly contemplated by this Agreement):
