Interim Milestone Dates. Interim Milestones and/or Substantial Completion of identified portions of the Work shall be achieved as follows by the dates specified below (“Interim Milestone Dates”): All earthwork operations at the state line included in the 460 Connector – Phase I Project shall be complete by the date set forth in Part 1, Section 2.6.1.
