Common use of INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD Clause in Contracts

INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD. During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate Occpancy Certificate of the Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter Developer shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate Occupancy Certificate of the Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter Developer shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD. 11.1 During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter Co-Owner/Developer shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD. 37.1 During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities.

During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization operationalisation of the Association Holding organisation the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD. 37.1 During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain both the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities and the Parkwoods Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD. During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Phase – I of the Project and/or the Project and formation and operationalization of the Association association, the Promoter Promoters shall through either itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of the Building/ Project and formation and operationalization of the Association association, the Promoter Developer shall through either itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project the Second Phase and formation and operationalization of the Association Association, the Promoter Developer shall through itself or through a facility management company Maintenance Agency constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate Occupancy Certificate of the Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the partial completion certificate of such Phase and obtaining completion certificate of the entire Project and thereafter formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities of the Project.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD. During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Phase – I of the Project and/or the Project and formation and operationalization of the Association association, the Promoter shall through either itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD. 39.1 During the interim maintenance period between after obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association Association, the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee committee/Interim Body to run, operate, manage and maintain the Complex Common AreasAreas .

During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate Occupancy Certificate of the Project and formation and operationalization of the Association Association, the Owner/Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.
