Intergovernmental Cooperation. 6.1. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to preclude the parties from agreeing, by modification of this Agreement or by a separate intergovernmental agreement, to reallocate any of the duties arising under the NPDES municipal stormwater requirements. 6.2. The parties shall conduct meetings of their respective representatives from time to time to coordinate NPDES municipal stormwater activities.
