INTERFERENCE WITH EQUIPMENT Sample Clauses
The "Interference with Equipment" clause prohibits parties from tampering with, altering, or otherwise interfering with equipment provided or used under the agreement. Typically, this means that neither party may modify, misuse, or impede the operation of machinery, devices, or technology that is essential to the performance of contractual obligations. For example, a lessee may be barred from making unauthorized repairs to leased machinery, or a service provider may be restricted from altering client-owned hardware. The core function of this clause is to protect the integrity and proper functioning of equipment, thereby minimizing the risk of damage, liability, or service disruption.
