Interface Approval Sample Clauses

Interface Approval. Neither Party shall connect or knowingly permit the connection to its System of any equipment that has not been approved by the competent authority for attachment to such Party's System. Both Parties shall ensure that the equipment at the POI has been approved by the competent authority in accordance with National Standards.
