Interest Periods to meet Repayment Dates. If an Interest Period will expire after the next Repayment Date in respect of the relevant Tranche, there shall be a separate Interest Period for a part of that Tranche equal to the Repayment Instalment due on that next Repayment Date and that separate Interest Period shall expire on that next Repayment Date.

Interest Periods to meet Repayment Dates. If the Borrower shall select, or the Borrower and the Banks shall agree, an Interest Period which does not expire on the next Repayment Date, there shall, in respect of each part of the Loan equal to a Repayment Instalment falling due for payment before the expiry of that Interest Period, be a separate Interest Period which shall expire on the relevant Repayment Date, and the Interest Period selected or agreed shall apply to the balance of the Loan only.

  • Interest Periods In connection with each LIBOR Rate Loan, the Borrower, by giving notice at the times described in Section 3.1(a), shall elect an interest period (each, an "Interest Period") to be applicable to such Loan, which Interest Period shall be a period of one (1), two (2), three (3) or six (6) months with respect to each LIBOR Rate Loan; provided that:

  • Selection of Interest Periods (a) A Borrower (or the Company on behalf of a Borrower) may select an Interest Period for a Loan in the Utilisation Request for that Loan.

  • Rest Periods Employees working a full shift will receive one rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in each half of the shift. Employees working less than a full shift, but a minimum of four (4) hours will receive one fifteen (15) minute rest period.
