Interest or Return of Capital. Despite any other provision of this Agreement, no Member is entitled to any interest on its Capital Account or Membership Interest or on the Member’s Capital Contribution. No Member may demand or receive the return of all or any portion of the Member’s Capital Account, Membership Interest, or Capital Contribution.
