Common use of Interest on Swingline Loans Clause in Contracts

Interest on Swingline Loans. Swingline Loans shall bear interest at the simple per annum interest rate equal to the sum of (x) the Base Rate and (y) the Applicable Rate then in effect with respect to Base Rate Loans under the Revolving Credit Facility, computed on the basis of a year of 365/366 days for the actual number of days elapsed; provided, however, that (i) from and after any failure to make any payment of principal or interest in respect of any of the Loans hereunder when due (after giving effect to any applicable grace period), whether at scheduled or accelerated maturity or on account of any mandatory prepayment or (ii) while any Swingline Loans in which the Lenders have acquired participations pursuant to Section 2.15(b) remain outstanding, the principal of and, to the extent permitted by law, interest on, Swingline Loans shall bear interest, payable on demand, at the Default Rate. Interest on each Swingline Loan shall be payable in arrears on the date payment of such Swingline Loan is due pursuant to Section 2.15(b).
