Common use of Interest on and Return of Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

Interest on and Return of Capital Contributions. No Member shall be entitled to interest on its Capital Contribution or to return of its Capital Contribution. In addition, no Member shall have the right to withdraw any portion of such Member's Capital Account except as otherwise provided herein. Except as required by this Operating Agreement, no Member shall be personally liable to any other Member for the return of any Capital Contributions (or any additions thereto), it being agreed that any distribution as may be made from time to time shall be made solely from the Company Property and only in accordance with the terms of this Operating Agreement.
