Interest on Term Loan (a) Except as otherwise provided in §4.10, the outstanding amount of each Term Loan shall bear interest during each Interest Period relating to all or any portion of such Term Loan at the following rates:
Interest on Term Loans The outstanding principal amount of each Term Loan made by each Lender shall bear interest at a fluctuating rate per annum that shall at all times be equal to (i) during such periods as such Term Loan is a Base Rate Loan, the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time, and (ii) during such periods as such Term Loan is a Eurodollar Loan, the relevant Adjusted Eurodollar Rate for such Eurodollar Loan for the applicable Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time.
Additional Interest on Eurodollar Rate Advances The Borrower shall pay to each Lender, so long as such Lender shall be required under regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to maintain reserves with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities, additional interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Eurodollar Rate Advance of such Lender, from the date of such Advance until such principal amount is paid in full, at an interest rate per annum equal at all times to the remainder obtained by subtracting (i) the Eurodollar Rate for the Interest Period for such Advance from (ii) the rate obtained by dividing such Eurodollar Rate by a percentage equal to 100% minus the Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage of such Lender for such Interest Period, payable on each date on which interest is payable on such Advance. Such additional interest shall be determined by such Lender and notified to the Borrower through the Administrative Agent, and such determination shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.
Interest on Late Payments a. State Agencies The payment of interest on certain payments due and owed by Agency may be made in accordance with Article 11-A of the State Finance Law (SFL §179-d et. Seq.) and Title 2 of the New York Code of Rules and Regulations, Part 18 (Implementation of Prompt Payment Legislation -2 NYCRR §18.1 et seq.).
Interest on Revolving Loans The outstanding principal amount of each Revolving Loan made by each Lender shall bear interest at a fluctuating rate per annum and shall be payable in U.S. Dollars and shall at all times be equal to (i) during such periods as such Revolving Loan is a Base Rate Loan, the Base Rate plus the Applicable Revolving Loan Margin in effect from time to time and (ii) during such periods as such Revolving Loan is a Eurodollar Loan, the relevant Adjusted Eurodollar Rate for such Eurodollar Loan for the applicable Interest Period plus the Applicable Revolving Loan Margin in effect from time to time.
Interest on Advances Each Borrower shall pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Advance made to such Borrower by each Bank from the date of such Advance until such principal amount shall be paid in full, at the following rates per annum:
Interest on late payment If the NA does not pay within the time limit for payment, the beneficiary is entitled to late-payment interest. The interest payable is determined according to the provisions laid down in the national law applicable to the Agreement or in the rules of the NA. In the absence of such provisions, the interest payable is determined according with the rate applied by the European Central Bank for its main refinancing operations in euros (‘the reference rate’), plus three and a half points. The reference rate is the rate in force on the first day of the month in which the time limit for payment expires, as published in the C series of the Official Journal of the European Union. If the NA suspends the time limit for payment as provided for in Article II.24.2 or if it suspends an actual payment as provided for in Article II.24.1, these actions may not be considered as cases of late payment.
Interest on Arrears Any interest instalment unpaid on maturity shall yield interest, of right and without formal notice, at the same rate as applicable to the portion of the loan whose interest is unpaid on maturity, such interest being payable to the Lender on request.
Interest on Overdue Payments Upon every amount of money required to be paid by the Agency to the State pursuant to this contract which remains unpaid after it becomes due and payable, interest shall accrue at an annual rate equal to that earned by the Pooled Money Investment Fund, as provided in Government Code Sections 16480, et seq. calculated monthly on the amount of such delinquent payment from and after the due date until it is paid, and the Agency hereby agrees to pay such interest: provided, that no interest shall be charged to or be paid by the Agency unless such delinquency continues for more than thirty (30) days.
Interest on Floating Rate Notes (a) Interest Payment Dates Each Floating Rate Note bears interest from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and such interest will be payable in arrear on either:
