Common use of Interest in Competitors Clause in Contracts

Interest in Competitors. Neither the Company nor to its knowledge any of its officers, has any interest, either by way of contract or by way of investment (other than as holder of not more than 5% of the outstanding capital stock of a publicly traded Person) or otherwise, directly or indirectly, in any Person other than the Company that (i) provides any services or designs, produces or sells any product or product lines or engages in any activity similar to or competitive with any activity currently conducted or proposed to be conducted by the Company or (ii) has any direct or indirect interest in any asset or property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, of the Company.

Interest in Competitors. Neither To the Knowledge of the Company, neither the Company nor to its knowledge any of its officers, officers or directors has any interest, either by way of contract or by way of investment (other than as holder of not more than 52% of the outstanding capital stock of a publicly traded Person) or otherwise, directly or indirectly, in any Person other than the Company that (ia) provides any services or designs, produces or sells any product or product lines or engages in any activity similar to or competitive with any activity currently conducted or proposed to be conducted by the Company or any of its subsidiaries or (iib) has any direct or indirect interest in any asset or property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, of the Company.

Neither the Company nor to its knowledge any of its officers, officers or directors has any interest, either by way of contract or by way of investment (other than as holder of not more than 5% one percent [1%] of the outstanding capital stock of a publicly traded Person) or otherwise, directly or indirectly, in any Person other than the Company that (i) provides any services or designs, produces or sells any product or product lines or engages in any activity similar to or competitive with any activity currently conducted or proposed to be conducted by the Company Company, or (ii) has any direct or indirect interest in any asset assets or property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, of the Company.

Neither the Company any Obligor nor to its knowledge any of such Obligor's officers or, to the best of its officersknowledge, directors, has any interest, either by way of contract or by way of investment (other than as holder of not more than 52% of the outstanding capital stock of a publicly traded Person) or otherwise, directly or indirectly, in any Person other than the Company that (i) provides any services or designs, produces or sells any product or product lines or engages in any activity similar to or competitive with any activity currently conducted or proposed to be conducted by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or (ii) has any direct or indirect interest in any asset or property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, of the Company.
