Common use of Interest in Competitors Clause in Contracts

Interest in Competitors. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.14 to this Agreement, no shareholder, officer, director, or employee of the Company, nor any spouse or child of any shareholder, officer, director, or any employee with authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the Company, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier, or customer of the Company or in any person from whom or to whom the Company leases any real or personal property, or in any other person with whom the Company is doing business.
