Common use of Interest-Based Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Interest-Based Bargaining. The Employer and representatives of the bargaining group will attend interest-based bargaining training through the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service will provide counsel and assistance as necessary to establish an interest based bargaining process for future negotiations.
