Intercreditor Agent’s fee Clause Samples

The 'Intercreditor Agent’s fee' clause defines the obligation of the parties to pay fees to the intercreditor agent for their services in managing and administering the relationship between multiple creditors. Typically, this clause specifies the amount, timing, and method of payment for the agent’s fee, and may clarify which parties are responsible for payment or how the fee is to be shared among creditors. Its core practical function is to ensure that the intercreditor agent is properly compensated for their role, thereby facilitating smooth coordination and administration among creditors and preventing disputes over payment responsibilities.
