INTERCONNECTION OF FACILITIES. 2.1 It is understood and agreed that the Parties have established or shall establish interconnection(s) between their systems at the location(s) identified in Exhibit A, and illustrated in the corresponding one-line diagram(s), attached hereto and made a part hereof, and under the stipulated conditions set forth below and in Exhibit A, with such modifications in such interconnection(s) or future interconnection(s) as may be mutually agreed upon.

INTERCONNECTION OF FACILITIES. Pursuant to Rule 18, Paragraph B.2. of the Company’s tariff, as authorized by the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Hawaii (“Commission”), Company will study and assess the projected interaction of Customer-Generator’s Generating Facility with the HAWAIIAN ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC. Docket No. 2006-0084, D&O No. 24089 Dated March 13, 2008, Transmittal Letter Dated July 17, 2008. SHEET NO. 39B-2 Effective June 17, 2005 Company’s system including a review of the equipment and devices required to permit Customer- Generator’s Generating Facility to operate in parallel with and deliver electric energy to Company’s system, such as, but not limited to, transmission lines, distribution lines, transformers, switches, relays, and circuit breakers.
INTERCONNECTION OF FACILITIES. ATC and IXC shall coordinate with respect to (i) the definition of the interfaces between Customer, the ATC network and the IXC network at Points of Presence, (ii) the management of traffic routed from the premises of Customers to Points of Presence, and (iii) access to each other's networks for the purposes of providing Services under this Agreement. Each Party shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of its network relating to the provision of Services, including monitoring and taking actions necessary to remedy problems with, or disruption of, the Services, establishment and maintenance of routing tables and routing policies at Points of Presence, and establishment and maintenance of peering points with the global Internet.
INTERCONNECTION OF FACILITIES. 4.1 COMSAT and MCI agree to interconnect COMSAT Facilities and MCI Facilities to permit the exchange of Fixed-to-Mobile and Mobile-to-Fixed Traffic. The points of interconnections shall be at COMSAT's Main Distribution Frame ("MDF") at COMSAT's Facilities at Santa Paula, California and Southbury, Connecticut.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Interconnection 2.1.10 Startup Testing and Commissioning

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • No Dedication of Facilities Any undertaking by one Party to the other Party under any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute the dedication of the system or any portion thereof by the Party to the public or to the other Party, and it is understood and agreed that any such undertaking under any provision of this Agreement by a Party shall cease upon the termination of its obligations hereunder.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Inspection of Facilities In order to meet their respective obligations under this Agreement, any Party may view or inspect facilities owned by another Party. Provided that reasonable notice is given, a Party shall not unreasonably deny access to relevant facilities for viewing or inspection by the requesting Party.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner [shall/shall not] transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Maintenance of Facilities 5.1 The Network Customer shall maintain its facilities necessary to reliably receive capacity and energy from the Host Transmission Owner’s transmission system consistent with Good Utility Practice. The Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner, as appropriate, may curtail service under this Operating Agreement to limit or prevent damage to generating or transmission facilities caused by the Network Customer’s failure to maintain its facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practice, and the Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner may seek as a result any appropriate relief from the Commission.
