Common use of Interconnection Customer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer Obligations. Interconnection Customer shall at its own expense operate, maintain and control the Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this GIA. The Generating Facility must be operated in accordance with the operating limits, if any, in the Interconnection Facilities Study and specified in Appendix C of this GIA.
