Intention of the Parties Definitions. 1.1 Intention of the Parties This Agreement sets out the terms on which X.X. Xxxxxx will provide custodial, settlement, asset servicing and other associated services to the Customer. X.X. Xxxxxx will be responsible for the performance of only those duties expressly set forth in this Agreement. The Customer acknowledges that X.X. Xxxxxx is not providing any legal, tax or investment advice in connection with the services under this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are applicable only to the services which are specified in this Agreement.
