Common use of Intended Purpose Clause in Contracts

Intended Purpose. LICENSEE shall use the Site(s) and PG&E Land and Facilities in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the applicable SLA and solely for the purposes outlined in Section 5.1. Any Signboards and LICENSEE Equipment installed at the Site(s) shall be for LICENSEE's own exclusive use, and LICENSEE shall not license or lease its Signboards or LICENSEE Equipment to a third party without PG&E's prior written consent; provided, however, that subject to Section 4.2.2 hereof, (i) LICENSEE's agents, contractors and subcontractors may enter the Site in the ordinary course of performing services for LICENSEE related to the foregoing activities, and (ii) LICENSEE may enter into advertising contracts for the placement of advertising copy on Signboards.
