Integration Technologies. Telocity acknowledges that NBCi and its licensors own and shall own all rights, title and interest in the technology used to integrate the Telocity Window into the Front Door Interfaces and that such technology shall constitute NBCi Materials for purposes of this Agreement; provided, however, if NBCi has to develop specific technology to integrate the Telocity Window into the Front Door Interfaces, then the parties shall jointly own such technology. If in designing and creating an Additional Interface, NBCi has to develop specific technology to design and create the Additional Interface, then the parties shall jointly own such technology. With respect to any such jointly owned technology neither party shall have an obligation to accounting to the other.

  • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.

  • EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES The State reserves the right to modify the terms of this Contract or any future Periodic Recruitments, to allow for emerging technologies. OGS reserves the right to include such technology(ies) hereunder or to issue a formal modification or amendment to this Contract.

  • Networks 1. Health plan provider networks must have a full range of primary care and specialist physicians with reasonable numbers of each in relationship to eligible State employees.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Mobility 7.1 There may also be a business need to travel and work on a temporary basis at any premises which the Corporation currently has or may subsequently acquire or at any premises at which it may from time to time provide services.   • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.
