Integration; Interpretation. This Agreement and the other writings referred to herein or delivered pursuant hereto which form a part hereof contain the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Organizational Documents of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or between the parties hereto, this Agreement shall govern.
