Common use of Integration/Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Integration/Conflicts. This Agreement and the Indenture represent the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by the Trustee or the Holders relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Indenture, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.
