Common use of Integration Clause Clause in Contracts

Integration Clause. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the Settlement and transaction contemplated hereby, and all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and statements, whether oral or written, and whether by a Party or such Party’s legal counsel, are merged herein. No rights hereunder may be waived except in writing.

Integration Clause. This Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement between a full, complete, and integrated statement of each and every term and provision agreed to by and among the Parties relating to and supersedes any prior writings or agreements (written or oral) between or among the Parties, which prior agreements may no longer be relied upon for any purpose. This Settlement Agreement shall not be orally modified in any respect and transaction contemplated hereby, and all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and statements, whether oral or written, and whether can be modified only by a Party or such Party’s legal counsel, are merged herein. No rights hereunder may be waived or modified except in writinga writing signed by all Parties.

No rights hereunder may be waived except in writing.

All prior and or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and statements, whether oral or written, written and whether by a Party or such Party’s legal counsel, are merged hereinin this Agreement. The Parties’ Settlement Term Sheet is explicitly incorporated into this document, its terms binding on the Parties. No rights hereunder under this Agreement may be waived except in writing.
