Integrated Product Support (IPS. A key life cycle management enabler, IPS is the package of support functions required to deploy and maintain the readiness and operational capability of major weapon systems, subsystems, and components, including all functions related to weapon systems readiness. The package of product support functions related to weapon system readiness, which can be performed by both public and private entities, includes the tasks that are associated with the IPS Elements that scope product support.   • PRODUCT SUPPORT a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

  • Third Party Products and Services Through its Product(s), Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must either obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers or permit Palo Alto Networks to obtain access on your behalf. All third-party apps are optional and if you choose to utilize such third-party apps:

  • New Products You agree to comply with NASD Notice to Members 5-26 recommending best practices for reviewing new products.

  • Third Party Products 1. Third Party Hardware. We will sell, deliver, and install onsite the Third Party Hardware, if you have purchased any, for the price set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy.

  • Product Technical Support & Maintenance Licensee shall have the option of electing the Product technical support and maintenance (“maintenance”) set forth in the Contract by giving written notice to Contractor any time during the Centralized Contract term. Maintenance term(s) and any renewal(s) thereof are independent of the expiration of the Centralized Contract term and will not automatically renew. Maintenance shall include, at a minimum, (i) the provision of error corrections, updates, revisions, fixes, upgrade and new releases to Licensee, and (ii) Help Desk assistance with locally accessible “800” or toll free, local telephone service, or alternatively on-line Help Desk accessibility. Contractor shall maintain the Products so as to provide Licensee with the ability to utilize the Products in accordance with the Product documentation without significant functional downtime to its ongoing business operations during the maintenance term. Authorized User shall not be required to purchase maintenance for use of Product, and may discontinue maintenance at the end of any current maintenance term upon notice to Contractor. In the event that Authorized User does not initially acquire or discontinues maintenance of licensed Product, it may, at any time thereafter, reinstate maintenance for Product without any additional penalties or other charges, by paying Contractor the amount which would have been due under the Contract for the period of time that such maintenance had lapsed, at then current NYS net maintenance rates.

  • SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  • Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. You agree that you can obtain information about such Products and Services via our website xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and you further agree that we can from time to time communicate information in relation to such Products or Services to you specifically or generally to all cardmembers via such communication mode as we consider appropriate.

  • Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.

  • Interconnection Product Options Interconnection Customer has selected the following (checked) type of Interconnection Service:

  • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.
