Common use of Intangibles Clause in Contracts

Intangibles. all goodwill, contract rights, patents, trade marks, licences copyrights and other industrial and/or other intellectual property and all other intangibles and other choses in action of the Debtor of every kind, whether owned or otherwise provided to the Debtor for its use at the present time or hereafter to become owned or otherwise provided to the Debtor for its use;

Intangibles. all All General Intangibles, Contract Rights, licenses, goodwill, contract rights, patents, trademarks, trade marksnames, licences copyrights and other industrial and/or other intellectual property and of the Debtor, all other intangibles and other choses in action of the Debtor of every kindkind which now are, whether or which may at any time hereafter be, due or owing to or owned or otherwise provided to by the Debtor, and all other intangible property of the Debtor for its use at the present time which is not Accounts, Chattel Paper, Instruments, documents, securities or hereafter to become owned or otherwise provided to the Debtor for its use;money.
