Insurer Ratings. The minimum A.M. Best’s rating of each insurer shall be A-VII.

Insurer Ratings. All above insurance shall be provided by an insurer:
Insurer Ratings. Borrower will maintain the insurance coverage described in Section 7.1 with companies acceptable to Lender and rated not less than A in accordance with the latest “Best Insurance Guide”. All insurers providing insurance required by this Agreement shall be authorized to issue insurance in the state where the Property is located.
Insurer Ratings. All insurance policies shall be underwritten by companies rated in the latest A.M. Best’s Insurance Rating Guide with a rating of at least A-, and be in a financial category of at least IX.
Insurer Ratings. The loan documents provide that the borrower may obtain a policy from an insurance company not satisfying the rating requirements set forth in the loan documents, provided that any such insurance company is subject to (A) the prior approval of the lender and (B) the lender’s receipt of a rating agency confirmation with respect to each such insurance carrier.
