Domicile For Assistance and Insurance guarantees, domicile is considered as the main and usual place of residence in France, in the French overseas departments and territories or sui generis communities or in Europe. In the event of a dispute, the tax domicile constitutes the domicile. DOM-ROM, COM and sui generis communities Guadeloupe; Martinique, French Guyana, Réunion, French Polynesia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, Mayotte, Saint-Xxxxxx, Saint Barthelemy, New Caledonia.
