Common use of Insured Claims Clause in Contracts

Insured Claims. In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 of the Lease or otherwise, each Indemnified Person agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

Insured Claims. In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 of the Lease or otherwise, each Indemnified Person agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

Insured Claims. In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 of the Lease or otherwise, each Indemnified Person agrees to provide reasonable cooperation cooperation, at the expense and risk of Lessee, to the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle defend or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

Insured Claims. In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 of the Lease or otherwise, each Indemnified Person agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle defend or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

Insured Claims. In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Participation Agreement (TRLI 2001-1B) Lessee pursuant to Section 12 of the Lease or otherwise, each Indemnified Person agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

Insured Claims. In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 of the this Lease or otherwise, each Indemnified Person agrees to provide reasonable cooperation at the expense of Lessee to the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle defend or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

Insured Claims. In the case of any Claim indemnified by the -------------- Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 of the Lease (or otherwiseany Affiliate thereof), each Indemnified Person Indemnitee and each member of any Related Indemnitee Group agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to cooperate with the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle defend or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 11 of the Lease or otherwiseLease, each Indemnified Person Indemnitee agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to cooperate, at the applicable Lessee's expense, with the insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle defend or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

Insured Claims. In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 of the Lease or otherwise, each Indemnified Person agrees agrees, at Lessee's cost and expense, to provide reasonable cooperation to the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle defend or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.

In the case of any Claim indemnified by the Lessee hereunder which is covered by a policy of insurance maintained by the Lessee pursuant to Section 12 SECTION 9 of the Lease or otherwise, each Indemnified Person agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to the applicable insurers in the exercise of their rights to investigate, defend, settle defend or compromise such Claim as may be required to retain the benefits of such insurance with respect to such Claim.
