Insurance Year. The insurance year, for deductible purposes only, shall run from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
Insurance Year. All contributions will commence on October 1 of each year and will continue through June 15 of each year for employees who complete the full school year. Any bus driver or bus aide working the full school year will receive full year’s benefits from September 1 through August 31.

The insurance year for the bargaining unit members, except for new hires, will be from October 1 through September 30, of each year. The open enrollment period shall be determined by the district.

The insurance year shall be twelve (12) months from October 1 through September 30. Unless otherwise deemed by MESSA, the annual enrollment period shall be the month of September.(Exceptions to the insurance year provision are delineated in Section c.)
